Girls Rock Fort Worth is committed to providing important training and resources to all camp volunteers. Training will cover most camp logistics as well as give you an opportunity to learn more about the atmosphere of rock camp and its curriculum. Training is mandatory for all Camp Counselors, Band Coaches, and Instrument Instructors.
The Mandatory Orientation for ALL Volunteers happens the day before camp as a way to reconnect with the people you’ll be working with as well as familiarize yourself with the camp location. The Pops & Rock Social is an open house for our campers & their families. Load In will also be happening during this time.
Volunteer Stipends are available!
Want to volunteer and need help paying for things like childcare or taking off from work? We want volunteering with us to be accessible to everyone so we are happy to offer a modest stipend based on the length of the time you are able to work with us. You’ll find the stipend request section at the end of the Volunteer & Workshop Presenter Applications.
